- Java Software Engineer

Requirements :

• Java programming skills: J2EE, J2ME, JSP, JavaBeans, Servlets, Struts, Ibatis, Hibernate.
• Some skills with major RDBMS systems; such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre SQL, and other RDBMS systems that support ODBC and JDBC protocol.
• Some skills with CVS software for versioning and configuration management.
• Some skills in report development using tools such as Crystal Report, Jasper Report, and BIRT.
• Some experiences in application development using major Java IDEs; such as Eclipse,NetBeans, and WebSphere Studio.
• Some experiences in developing web based and client-server application architecture.
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.

- Database Engineer and Administrator

Requirements :

• Skills with major licensed RDBMS systems: IBM DB2, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Skills with major open source RDBMS systems: MySQL, SAP DB, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Skills with database design software: ERwin and DBDesigner.
• Some experiences in administering, back up scheduling, fine tuning, and executing disaster recovery for database in production environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.

- Quality Assurance Engineer

Requirements :

• Mastering the concept of white box and black box testing.
• Skills in Visual Basic programming.
• Familiarity with IBM Rational software testing products is preferable.
• Capable to perform user unit testing, functional testing, and regression testing of the software application product with very keen attention into detail.
• Some experiences with internet and web application technology.
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.

- Linux Engineer and System Administrator

Requirements :

• Familiarity with various Linux distributions; such as Red Hat, SuSe, and Ubuntu.
• Familiarity with thin client Java OS; such as Lindows, Sun Java Desktop, and GNOME.
• Some skills with Java application server software; such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, and Sun JAS.
• Some skills with report application server software; such as Crystal RAS, Crystal Enterprise, Jasper Report, and BIRT.
• Some experiences in administering and trouble shooting Linux based servers in enterprise LAN and WAN environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.

- Business and System Analyst

Requirements :

• Accounting and/or Finance background is a must.
• Familiar with internet and web application technology.
• Some experiences with financial, service, or healthcare software applications.
• Able to work with clients' staffs to gather end-user business requirements.
• Competence in providing business consultancy to deliver high quality software application business requirements.
• Capable to perform user acceptance testing of the software application product with attention into detail.

- Marketing Personnel

Main responsibilities :

• Approaching prospective clients and maintain the existing ones.
• Assist the marketing manager in day-to-day marketing activities.
• Planning the product marketing strategy and analyzing requirements for infinIT marketing and sales group.
• Strategizing product development to maintain the continuation of infinIT services to the clients.
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
